***NOTE*** This detox is NOT for the faint of heart. It is bitter and tastes GROSS! You will make an ugly face when you drink this tea blend and the taste does not get better with time. However…it works! If you stick with it (7-12 days of tea, 1-2 weeks no tea, 7-12 days of tea again) and combine this cleanse with a clean vegan diet all the way to the end you will feel results.

**Serving Suggestion** Serving Size for one cup of tea is around 1-2 tsp per 8 oz of hot (just below boiling) water. However, a different tea to water ratio may be used to strengthen or weaken the effects (I prefer 1 tbsp). Steep 10-20 minutes in a covered cup for maximum benefits. Covering, helps prevent any nutrients from escaping in the form of steam. Add raw local honey or agave nectar if desired. Enjoy hot or over ice
